About
A Singapore industrial AI venture, built around the machines manufacturers already own.
Robometic explores practical ways to help manufacturers understand equipment health, detect unusual behaviour and make better maintenance decisions using industrial sensing and AI. We start with the motors, pumps and fans that keep a line running, not with replacing the factory.
What Robometic is
- An industrial technology venture with a clear view of what machine intelligence could make possible on an ordinary factory floor.
- Based in Singapore, starting with manufacturers in Singapore and with the service providers, OEMs and research and industry bodies around them.
- Hypothesis-led. Each concept on this site is a hypothesis about what manufacturers will pay to solve. We say so, and we will test each one on real equipment before building more.
What Robometic is not
- Not a dashboard company. The work is in the method for a specific machine, the installation, the interpretation and a result your team can check.
- Not a startup claiming to have solved factory maintenance. We have not. The evidence has to be built one machine at a time, and that is what the pilot programme is for.
- Not a marketing or automation agency. If you knew Robometic under its earlier description, the company was repositioned in October 2026 around machine health.
How we work
Principles we are prepared to be held to.
- One machine at a time
- Normal is learned per machine, in its own plant and its own operating states. We do not assume a model of one machine transfers to another.
- Detection of change
- We say a machine has changed from its own usual behaviour, and we show the evidence. We do not claim to name the exact failure in advance.
- Your units, your words
- Reports are written in the vibration units and language your maintenance team already uses. The system sits on top of that, not instead of it.
- People decide
- Every notice is labelled by the maintenance team. Their labels, not the system's notices, decide what counts as useful. The labels improve the method.
- Measured before and after
- What a useful result looks like is agreed in writing before a pilot and reported after it, whatever the numbers show.
- Privacy by design
- Microphones near people can capture speech. Sound sensing keeps summary measurements rather than recordings where people may be speaking, and the pilot agreement says so.
- Small scope first
- A few machines, a defined period, a written report, then a decision. No permanent installation before the evidence justifies it.
Collaboration
Who we want to work with.
Manufacturers
Plants with rotating equipment
Food, precision engineering, packaging and similar plants with motors, pumps, fans, compressors and conveyors that matter to the line.
Service providers and OEMs
People who already know the machines
Maintenance contractors, systems integrators and equipment makers who want to offer or verify machine-health work for their customers.
Research and industry bodies
Validation and the route to scale
Technical validation of the method, access to equipment, and the conversations a small venture needs with Singapore's research and industry bodies.
