01 | Start here

Machine Health Assessment.

For the machine that keeps giving you trouble, or the five your line cannot run without. We fit temporary sensing, learn how each machine behaves in its operating states, investigate important changes and give you a written decision.

You receive: A one-page report per machine: where it stands, what changed, what your team found, and a recommendation: keep monitoring, plan maintenance, or take a different approach.
Scope: One machine (the One Machine Assessment) or up to five. Ten to thirty days on site, set at the site walk so that every operating state is seen.
Price: Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before anything is installed. The report is yours, with no obligation to continue.

Continuous Machine Monitoring.

Sensing stays on the machines that matter most. Each machine is watched against its own normal behaviour, and when it changes your named contact receives an amber notice with the evidence, likely causes and what to check first.

You receive: Machine-health dashboard across the site, engineer-reviewed amber notices, diagnostic guidance, health trends and a monthly report per machine.
Operation: Cloud or on-site. Notices can go to email or into the maintenance system your team already uses.
Price: A monthly service fee per monitored machine, with sensing, analysis, reviews and support included.

03 | From evidence to work

Reliability Management.

A notice is only useful if someone acts on it. Robometic turns machine evidence into a prioritised work list, arranges the specialist checks a change calls for, and keeps the record of what was found and done.

You receive: A ranked list of machines and actions, inspection recommendations, coordination of specialist work such as alignment, balancing and lubrication, and action tracking linked to the original evidence.

Performance Verification.

You paid for the repair, the overhaul or the new motor. Did the machine actually get better? We measure at the same points, by the same method, in matching operating states, before and after the work.

You receive: A before-and-after report that states what changed, what did not, and its own limits. A result with no measurable change is reported as it is.
Used for: Accepting contractor work, settling a warranty question, choosing between suppliers, or deciding on the next capital spend.
Price: Fixed price per machine and per piece of work, agreed before the first measurement.

05 | Running cost

Energy and Equipment Efficiency.

Worn, misaligned or oversized equipment costs money every hour it runs. We measure the energy use of motors, pumps, fans and compressed-air systems, find the losses and rank the actions by what they are worth.

You receive: A measured energy profile per machine or system, compressed-air leak findings, idle and part-load running, and a ranked action list with estimated annual value in your currency.
Scope: One system or one line first. Instrumentation is temporary and fitted by Robometic with specialist providers.
Follow-up: After the actions are taken, Performance Verification measures what changed.
