Sell machine intelligence under your own brand.

You already have the customers, the site access and the knowledge of the machines. Robometic supplies the sensing, the analysis and the reporting, so that you can offer machine intelligence to your customers without building it yourself.

Who we work with.

Equipment makers

Add machine health to the pumps, fans, compressors or drives you supply, with consistent commissioning and service records across your customers' sites.

Maintenance service companies

Offer monitoring between visits, a measured before-and-after record of the work you deliver, and clearer service reports. Outside Singapore, local service companies deliver Robometic to their own customers, and the customer relationship stays theirs.

Systems integrators

Include sensing, analysis and reporting in factory projects, without developing and supporting your own.

Software and technology companies

Receive machine information with its evidence attached for maintenance software and dashboards, or work with Robometic to bring your monitoring technology to plants in Singapore and the region.

Turn installed equipment into recurring service revenue.

Every pump, compressor, fan and drive you have sold or look after is a monthly service you could be selling. Choose how visible Robometic is to your customers.

Model 1

Refer

Introduce Robometic to your customers. Robometic delivers and supports the service. Referral terms are agreed in writing.

Model 2

Co-brand

Sell the service together. Your engineers stay the customer's contact, Robometic supplies the sensing, analysis and reports, and both names appear.

Model 3

Your own brand

Sell monitoring, reports and verification as your own service, under your name. Robometic stays behind you: dashboards, notices and reports carry your brand.

What your business can offer

A monthly service on equipment already in the field. Service visits planned on machine evidence instead of the calendar. A measured record of your work to show customers at renewal and before the next equipment order.

What Robometic provides

Sensing and fitting procedures, analysis and reviewed notices, dashboards and reports, training for your technicians, engineering support and escalation, and help pricing the service you sell.

What Robometic supplies.

Each part can be taken on its own or as the full service. The technology page describes each one.

Sensing and fitting
Vibration, sound and temperature sensing for existing rotating machines, with a fitting method that gives repeatable readings. Sensors you already use can often be connected.
Analysis and monitoring
Signal checks, operating-state recognition, change detection, health indicators and reviewed amber notices.
Dashboards and reports
A site-wide view of machine health and a one-page report per machine, under your own brand where you prefer.
Integration
Results delivered into your own service, software or dashboard, in the format agreed with you.
Engineering support and verification
Help with installation and commissioning, and before-and-after verification on your projects.
Training
Written procedures and training so that your own technicians can fit, commission and support the service.

How a partnership starts.

With one real project rather than a long negotiation. Both sides see how the service works for your customers before committing further.

  1. Conversation

Your customers, your service and the machines they run. Thirty minutes.

  2. Joint scope

One customer machine, or a defined integration, scoped in writing under a non-disclosure agreement.

  3. Delivery

We deliver the first project together. Your team learns the procedures and sees the results first hand.

  4. Commercial model

A priced service, a white-label arrangement or a joint offer, agreed in writing.

For service companies: evidence of the work you deliver.

After a repair, a rebalance or a new installation, someone has to decide whether the work did what it should. Robometic can provide a repeatable before-and-after record: the measurements are agreed before anyone touches the machine, then taken at the same points, by the same method, in matching operating states.

The report states its limits. A result that shows no measurable change is reported as it is; that can be as useful to an owner or a contractor as an improvement.

Performance Verification

Same points, same method, same operating states, before and after the work. Evidence for the acceptance, the next maintenance decision or the next supplier decision.

How we work with partners.

Your customer relationship
Stays yours. Where a plant is your customer, we agree with you in writing how we work with it before we contact it.
Machine data
Belongs to the plant it comes from. Any use beyond the agreed work needs the plant's written agreement.
Your brand
Your product can carry your own name. Whether Robometic is named, and where, is agreed with you.
Standards
We use established industrial standards where they fit, rather than asking you to adopt a new one.
Safety
Robometic does not replace safety systems, machine protection or existing alarms, in your product or in ours.
Terms
Scope, price, responsibilities and intellectual property are set out in writing for each project.

Research groups, testbeds and industry bodies

Practical questions, answered on real machines.

How reliable is sensing data on older machines? How well can a change in load be separated from a change in condition? What does installation cost in practice? We bring the method and the field work. You bring equipment, measurement expertise, or the plants that would benefit.

Common questions.

Can we offer it under our own name?
Yes. Whether Robometic is named, and where, is agreed with you.
How do we receive the results?
Through dashboards and reports, or delivered into your own systems using established industrial standards. The format is agreed at the start of the project.
Do we have to use your sensors?
No. Sensors you already use can often be connected where they give the signal quality the method needs. This is checked at the start, on your machines.
Will you sell to our customers directly?
Robometic also works with plants directly. Where a plant is your customer, we agree with you in writing how we work with it before any contact.
Who owns the data?
Machine data belongs to the plant it comes from. Anything shared between partners is shared under a non-disclosure agreement.
What does it cost?
It depends on the model: a priced service, a white-label arrangement or a joint offer. Each is priced in writing for its scope before any work starts.
