- Who
- Robometic, the operator of robometic.com, based in Singapore. Contact: hello@robometic.com.
- Browsing
- This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or analytics. The web server keeps no access log. Its error log may record a network address when a request fails.
- The enquiry form
- When you send an enquiry we store what you typed: your name, work email, organisation, role, and your answers about equipment, concerns, current monitoring, willingness to consider a paid pilot and concepts of interest. We also record which page you arrived on and which headline variant you saw, so that we can learn which message produces useful conversations. We do not record your network address.
- Why
- To reply to you, to prepare for a discovery conversation, and to understand which equipment problems and buyer types are asking. We do not send newsletters or automated follow-ups, and we do not sell or share enquiry details with anyone.
- Where
- Enquiries are stored on a server operated for Robometic in Singapore. If we use a hosted workspace tool to track conversations (currently Notion, whose servers are outside Singapore), the same details are copied there. Access is limited to the people handling enquiries.
- How long
- Enquiry details are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted. Write to the address above to have them deleted earlier, to see what we hold, or to correct it.
- Pilot data
- Machine data collected during a pilot is governed by the pilot agreement, not by this notice. Sound sensing in a pilot keeps summary measurements rather than recordings where people may be speaking.
